Your body, your attention, your perception and the choices you make all behave like strings on an instrument. Tension builds, attention scatters, and you drift out of tune. Life starts to strain and thinking gets noisy. Over thirty days you learn to retune each of them, one at a time.

The body tightens for no reason you can point at
Attention starts pulling in several directions at once
Everything begins to feel urgent
Decisions get heavier than the situation warrants
An ordinary conversation carries more charge than the moment deserves

Anything that runs on willpower will lose to your calendar by day four, so the daily ask here is deliberately small. One short video, one practice under ten minutes, one line in the community chat about what you noticed. If you have started and abandoned courses or programs before this one, that history is the reason it's built this way.
A short video from me each day, two to three minutes. No preamble, no filler, one idea you can carry into the next hour.
One protocol a day, under ten minutes, drawn from the Auren Method. Each comes with guided audio, so you press play and follow my voice through it.
One reflection at the end of each day about what you noticed. Thirty of those become the record of what shifted, and they're the thing Day 30 measures you against.
Every sixth day is a rest day with nothing new in it. Every module has a field day where the practice meets something already happening in your life.
Your Resonance Map. Enrolment includes it, and you'll get your access code the moment you're in. Ten minutes, and it's the before picture you'll compare everything to on Day 30.
The day you enrol. The thirty days run at your own pace from Day 0.
Under fifteen minutes including the video.
Inside the Ascendant Collective at Skool.com. Access opens the moment you enrol.
No. Readers of Ascendant will recognise the terrain, and the program stands on its own.
The days wait for you. Plenty of people span the program across six weeks rather than four.
